Jamiessonn Carlo Lao

Jamiessonn Carlo Lao is an IBDP Business Management and Theory of Knowledge educator from Manila, Philippines. He designs high-impact interdisciplinary project-based learning (PBL) programs that foster authentic learning experiences and engage students in real-world social development issues. His current area of exploration is the role and impact of generative AI in transforming teaching practices, and was recently inducted as a member of the AI For Developing Countries Forum, based in Vienna, Austria, where he is a member of the Independent Review Board for AI in Education.
